Ingredients: Vegetable Oil, Water, Concentrated Tomato Puree (11%), Lemon Juice (8%), Coriander (6%), Turmeric, Sugar, Dried Onion, Ginger, Desiccated Coconut, Salt, Maize Starch, Acetic Acid, Spices (contain Mustard), Garlic, Lactic Acid, Dried Coriander Leaf, Colour Paprika Extract.

Create a Marinade. Patak's Curry Pastes make excellent marinades, used on their own or blended 50-50 with plain yoghurt. Marinate meat, then bake, BBQ or grill.
