In the case of return: if you will not receive your packet because of our mistake in address or any kind of mistake from our side. We shall send you packet again without any extra charge.
If you do not receive your packet because of your mistake, and we receive your packet back with remarks (unknown consignee, address unknown, etc )
The extra cost for return and second time delivery will be paid by the consignee.
