Serve hot with MTR Sambar and coconut chutney.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

*Add 1 measure of water to 1 measure of MTR Instant Vada Mix.

*Mix into a smooth batter. Set aside for 8-10 min.

*Add onions, green chillies, ginger, pepper and curry leaves to batter.

*Flatten a small quantity of batter on a banana leaf or your wet palm.

*Deep fry vadas till golden brown.
