SERVING INSTRUCTION:

Serve hot with MTR Sambar.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

*Mix 1 measure of MTR Instant Idli Mix and 1/2 measures of curd and 11/2 measure of water into a smooth batter. *Alternately prepare batter with 11/2 measures of water.

*Set aside for 5 mins. Add finely cut green chillies, ginger and curry leaves to the batter for added flavour.

*Steam batter in an idli cooker or vessel for 10-12 mins.
