SERVING SUGGESTION:

Serve hot with MTR sambar and MTR Potato Sagu.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

*Mix 1 measure of MTR Instant Dosa Mix with 1/2 measure of curd and 1 measure of water into a smooth batter.

*Set aside for 10 mins.

*Spread one small cup of batter on a heated tava. Add a spoonful of ghee and fry both sides on a low flame.

*Rub the tava gently with wet cloth. Repeat above step.
